◾ Maximum insurance compensation of 17,500 Saudi Riyals, provided the total claims do not exceed the set coverage limit for one establishment.

Conditions for Obtaining Insurance

To qualify for the Expatriate Worker Wage Insurance Service for Private Sector Defaults, the following conditions must be met:

◾ You must be among the workers covered by the product and not fall under any excluded categories.
◾ You must be registered with the struggling establishment during the claim period and actively employed.
◾ You must provide documentation proving you have not received your entitlements from the struggling establishment.
◾ You must not have already received compensation from this insurance product within the same insurance year.
◾ You must provide proof of your intention to leave the Kingdom when requesting travel ticket compensation (final exit visa).
